BOOKING OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR BASED AT WORCESTER
Fixed Term 6 month position available, 37.5 hours per week to include weekends.
The position involves direct contact with the public by telephone, email, social media, and face-to-face, dealing with enquiries from all around the world. Processing information requests and holiday bookings for ABC Boat Hire along with enquiries relating to all areas of the business. In addition there will be general office duties, including filing, banking and post. As a key member of a small team the ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a good and confident telephone manner and be well organised, demonstrate good administration practices and be computer literate with good keyboard skills and also numerate with the ability to record financial details accurately.
