Springwood Marina – Nuneaton

Type: Full time position
Hours:
Full-Time 37.5hrs per week
Where: Springwood Haven,Mancetter Rd, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 0RZ

To carry out the various duties needed to operate and maintain the marina services and a hire fleet. Maintain and repair canal boats to maximise the life of boats and equipment, and to minimise mechanical failures. Instruct customers in the safe operation of the boat, its equipment and the use of the inland waterways system. To undertake varied works on boats and equipment for private customers.

Lowesmoor Wharf – Worcester

BOOKING OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR BASED AT WORCESTER

Fixed Term 6 month position available, 37.5 hours per week to include weekends.

The position involves direct contact with the public by telephone, email, social media, and face-to-face, dealing with enquiries from all around the world. Processing information requests and holiday bookings for ABC Boat Hire along with enquiries relating to all areas of the business. In addition there will be general office duties, including filing, banking and post. As a key member of a small team the ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a good and confident telephone manner and be well organised, demonstrate good administration practices and be computer literate with good keyboard skills and also numerate with the ability to record financial details accurately.
