Please be aware that if you have a break booked we will send you service related emails, even if you have unsubscribed from marketing emails, as this is important information you will need for your break.
Who do we share this information with?
Our Suppliers. We may share your personal information with our suppliers. This includes agents who have taken your booking as a data processor for ABCLG, IT Services, the owner of the boats we manage, the operator of the marina your break will take place from, marketing and communications. They will only use the information to provide a service to us (such as facilitating your booking), in relation to any feedback or complaint you may have. They will only be given the information they need. We keep control of your data and our suppliers must act in accordance with our instructions. Some of our suppliers may be based abroad. We will only share data with permitted countries including the US (only when there is a Privacy shied or equivalent in place).
Legal requirements. It could be that we have to disclose your personal information by law if a court, police officer /. Other law enforcement agency has requested it in the appropriate way.
Insurance: We may disclose your personal information to our insurance providers in the case of any accident or incident to assist in the claim.
How long do we keep your information?
Your personal information will only be held for as long as is necessary to provide services to you unless we need to for a longer period of time – for example where there is a legal / statutory obligation to retain information, or if our insurers require us to keep information for certain periods of time.
If there is a possibility that you may have a legal claim against us, for example if you had an accident, we will then hold the information for the statutory limitation period associated with such legal claims.
ABCLG are committed to keeping your data secure. This will be through the use of suitable physical, electronic and management procedures including locked cupboards or cabinets, restricting unaccompanied publics assess to certain offices, data encryption and electronic password protection and ensuring where hosted off site our supplier meet our protection requirements.
Should you receive communication from someone pretending to be an ABCLG employee or a fake website, please forward it to us by email to email@example.com or in writing to ABC Leisure Group, Lowesmoor Wharf, Worcester, WR1 2RS as soon as you can. If you have been the victim of fraud please contact the police and / or your bank in the first instance.
